My goal is to provide clients, especially women, with a safe space within which to heal and grow. Carl Rogers, a person-centered therapist, says that "...life vividly reveals itself in the therapeutic process-with its blind power and its tremendous capacity for destruction, but with its overbalancing thrust toward growth, if the opportunity for growth is provided". I want my clients to live a vivid life, and we will work together to determine what that means for you.
