My clients are very important to me. It is a privilege to accompany people on a journey of self-reflection, vulnerability, and growth. I meet you where you are, say the hard thing (with kindness, humor, empathy, and creativity), and work to understand your complexities and the unique ways you wish to grow. I love working with a wide variety of people, but particularly specialize in the treatment of disordered eating, body image anxieties, sexuality, chronic pain, attachment issues, and addictive/ compulsive behaviors. Clinical interests include self-harm, divorce, infidelity, trauma, racism, grief, mood disorders, and working with the LGBTQIA community, those in nontraditional sexual and relationship lifestyles, those reentering society after an incarceration, and other marginalized populations.
