That's nothing new; you've done it all your life, and you know you're pretty damn resilient to have gotten where you are in spite of it. But somewhere along the way, you stopped dealing so well and now get to look forward to constant slow burn anxiety, self-doubt, and a general malaise that has you running on empty, with no energy to do things you used to love. You’re tired of past and present problems dominating your life. You're not sure what "better" even looks like, but you know you want to get there and just need to figure out HOW. My name is Jenna, and I provide online therapy to women who are WAY over the crap and ready to unpack that baggage and put it away. I can help you organize the chaos in your mind, figure out where things might’ve gone off-track, and learn ways to finally stop spinning your wheels and lighten your mental load so you can get some energy back.
