Jenna received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Victimology from Endicott College in 2021. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University in 2024. Jenna works primarily with children, teens, and young adults. She utilizes a client-centered approach, while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), creative arts therapy, sand tray therapy, and emotion processing techniques.
