Hi! I am so glad you are here- let's get to know each other. I serve in person clients in the Bloomington area and virtual clients all over Indiana. My ideal clients are typically adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to start but who are open to reflection and willing to take steps towards emotional well-being. I am trained in EMDR therapy and am accepting new clients. Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to have significant trauma to be treated with EMDR. Whether you have had years of therapy and are hitting a wall or this is you first time- I am ready and willing to help in whatever capacity you need.
