I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling along with an additional certifications in substance use counseling, trauma, advanced grief, neurodivergent-affirming care (ADHD-CCSP), and sex-informed therapy (CSTIP). I use a person-centered approach to treat adults with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, panic, life/relationship/education/career transitions, grief, issues with attachment and relationships, self-esteem, chronic mental health challenges, and less healthy coping such as substance use, avoidance, codependence, self-harm, isolation, and people-pleasing.
