I have worked with individuals with a range of struggles including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and substance abuse. I have a strong background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, and use an integrative approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
