My approach is all about cultivating a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship between my patients and me. We will use the body and the emotions alongside your thoughts as a way to heal on a deep level. My background in Ayurveda helps me to see you through a holistic lens, taking your constitution into consideration. Established patients will also have the possibility of adding ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to their treatment. I especially love supporting people as they heal from trauma. I work with individuals ages 16+.
