I support clients navigating issues with self-esteem, relationships and anxiety/depression. I specialize in working with young women as they navigate love, life, relationships and who they want to be in the world. This includes facing narcissistic abuse, body image issues, and identity challenges. I work with those struggling with substance use disorders. Support includes stress-reduction, emotional wellness and psychological stability. My mission is to help clients heal from past traumas while exploring their unique inner world. Results often include increased confidence, healthier relationships and a deeper sense of purpose. Working with me means feeling supported in a safe space that is non-judgmental, collaborative, and transparent. My intention is to help clients recognize their goals and work with them to achieve them. Clients often note that I have a strong intuitive sense, a good sense of humor, and the ability to put myself in their shoes.
