Welcome! My name is Jenna, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of practice as a family therapist and an outpatient therapist in a variety of settings. It has been my personal mission as a therapist to remind my clients that you are not alone, your trauma is not defining, and you are in charge of your narrative. My therapy style is direct, honest, and compassionate. While my straight-forward style can feel challenging, I believe that use of humor and validation is just as important.
