I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, women, and families from all backgrounds who seek support with life transitions, trauma events, and general mental health needs, including but not limited to symptoms or life stressors related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavior, and pre/postnatal emotional care.
