I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and family or relationship dynamics. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable high-achievers, caretakers, and current or former athletes who are used to holding it all together. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and enjoy supporting clients exploring sexuality and identity, especially when those parts feel layered or still taking shape. I hope therapy feels like a place where you can exhale, quiet the outside noise, and get curious about what healing and growth can look like for you.
