Reaching out for help is the first step towards restoration and growth. I am experienced at helping adults who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem and a variety of other issues. The therapeutic space I strive to provide is safe and empathetic which allows us to explore your feelings free of any judgement.
