Anyone in the "dating is hard" arena, marriage arena, fertility and loss arena, life-is-bananas-with-kids arena, and the complicated career arena, I got you you. Questions like “should I freeze my eggs?” or "how do I survive a breakup (or divorce!)?" are common. I love helping with anxiety and depression during pregnancy and throughout the perinatal/postpartum seasons. If you are actively engaging in fertility treatment, have suffered miscarriage/ loss, had a traumatic birth, or sex is painful, come this way. I also serve men and have a background in leadership.
