Healing begins when we rediscover balance between mind, body, and spirit. I am a clinical mental health counselor and certified Pilates instructor. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards holistic well-being and personal growth. I provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy to help clients navigate through life's challenges. The experience I have developed since my time working with clients has been depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, neurodivergence, play therapy, career, couples counseling, family issues, men's issues, self-esteem, and abuse.
