I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist that has been practicing since 2016. I believe that any person entering therapy has a ton of courage. It's hard to finally open up- let alone to a stranger. I am here to facilitate a safe environment to talk and most of all to listen. It is not always easy to start the journey of self understanding and care. So many feel stuck in a rut and feel they have no options in life. I am here to help you understand yourself as well as to help you see the numerous paths you can take in life. I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and I work mainly psychoanalytically, although I do use behavioral methods as needed. I believe that everyone is getting through in life the only way they know how to. Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is insight orientated and adheres to the concept of the unconscious.
