My goal as a therapist is to provide my clients with a safe, comforting, and nonjudgmental space where they can be their authentic selves. This environment is essential for effective therapeutic work. I encourage my clients to use our time together in a way that best meets their needs, so I tailor sessions to those individual requirements. Whether you need someone to vent to, someone to challenge your thinking, or someone to provide you with skills for change, we will align your treatment accordingly.
