My background is in science, education, and art. I believe in the power of creativity and communication to solve complex problems. Sometimes we just need a teammate to help us process what we're going through and make a plan for moving forward. I see individual adults with a variety of mental health concerns like panic disorder, grief, and depression. I enjoy bringing art and play into my sessions with adults. It can help us create visuals and deepen our understanding of what's happening.
