Whether you're just starting out, or have been struggling for a while, I'm here to offer support, knowledge and guidance so that you can feel more confident about who you are and what you want out of life. I've been supporting adults, adolescents, children, and families in both the school and community mental health setting for over 15 years. As a therapist, school counselor, and EMT, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to ask for help, especially when you are used to providing assistance to others.
