Life is stressful, but you don't need to navigate that stress alone. I specialize in working with women of all ages who are navigating life transitions including those related to career, relationships, acute or chronic medical or health challenges, pregnancy, parenting, school, friends, aging family, or adjusting to living in the United States after moving from another country. I help my clients learn and implement skills to cope with the anxiety, depression, loneliness, pressure to be perfect or other difficulties that often come during transitions and to move forward in their lives. I provide all therapy virtually via Google Meet.
