I believe the person seeking therapy is their own greatest resource – that each person has the innate and internal wisdom to navigate pain, and to find a place of peace and strength while healing from emotional wounds. I believe healthy relationships are essential to our health as human beings, and that it is possible to work toward repairing ruptures that have occurred in relationships.
