I am a experienced marriage and family therapist and I also have am trained to treat clients with eating disorders. My approach is supportive and collaborative, with a strong focus on helping clients build skills they can use beyond the therapy room. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, with an emphasis on behavioral therapy. My role is to assess patterns, provide clinical insight, and guide clients toward effective strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
