My goal is to assist you on the path of becoming your best self and assisting to decrease daily suffering. I specialize in helping individuals cope with the aftermath of trauma. Whether your trauma is due to a car accident, medical trauma, childhood abuse, or a violent crime, I will utilize a variety of treatment modalities to address your needs. I frequently use EMDR and DBT but always personalize treatment for each person.
