Are you engaging in behaviors that you are ashamed of or try to hide? Does your mood feel like its ruling you or like you have lost control. If so, I can help. It is my belief that each person is unique and requires individualized treatment that will work for them specifically. I am experienced in treating substance use disorders, mood disorders and Trauma. I am trained in EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), CBT, Motivational interviewing and Solutions Focused Therapy.
