I believe everyone has the strength to make the changes they want in their lives, but they may need a safe space and someone to guide that process and provide the right tools and feedback to foster lasting change. I work with adolescents and adults and offer therapeutic support as well as techniques and resources to help them improve their well being and reach their goals.
