You may feel stuck in familiar patterns, overwhelmed by emotions that seem to come out of nowhere, or quietly sensing that something deeper wants your attention. Many people come to therapy not because they’re “broken,” but because they’re ready for a more honest, connected relationship with themselves. I work with adults who are seeking meaningful change especially those who have tried therapy before and feel there’s more beneath the surface. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing unfolds when we listen to the wisdom already within you.
