My intentions are to open a space where individuals can feel safe and advocated for while embarking on their mental health journey. I have an extensive background working with children and adults and enjoy getting to grow and learn with each and every client I have the pleasure of meeting. Right now I am seeing clients 12+. I apply a humanistic and person centered approach to therapy and treat every client with compassion and care. My hope is that the client will feel safe and heard while working on skills and strength based approaches to help them in any area necessary in life.
