I'm a licensed psychotherapist who has successfully aided a wide spectrum of people from preteens to adults. The emphasis of my work is in the area of perinatal, adjustment challenges, and anxiety. I'm passionate about working with 20-something adults who would benefit from guidance in navigating decisions that often come up in this stage of life, such as college and career decisions. I enjoy working with individuals regarding relationship issues, like attachment styles and how they impact relationships, learning to set boundaries and express needs in kind, assertive ways, and managing the difficulty of when relationships end.
