I've been working with young people for several years. In that time, I have learned the importance of meeting people where they are, using curiosity and compassion as a guiding principle, and the value of humor and authenticity in building relationships. I am committed to creating a space in which people feel seen and heard and are able be exactly who they are. In our work together, I will support you in developing greater self-awareness, creating capacity for self-advocacy and boundary setting, and developing the ability to navigate relationships with more ease. I am rooted in several therapeutic perspectives. I consider myself a person-centered, systemically trained therapist. Additionally, it is imperative that I hold an intersectional lens in my work with my clients recognizing that our identities and the world we live in informs all aspects of who we are.
