As a licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing clinical counseling since 2016, I am dedicated to providing a safe space for you to begin the counseling process. I strongly believe that through self-exploration and implementation of evidence-based interventions, all individuals have the potential to maximize their strengths to overcome challenges and attain personal fulfillment. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, adults and families struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, life transitions, and family/relationship issues.
