I offer two broad categories of services. First, I provide onsite grief or critical incident support in the workplace. Employers or EAPs request that I come to the workplace to provide immediate emotional first aid after there has been a crisis or disruption affecting employees. The types of workplace events I often respond to include: Death of a Coworker, Layoffs, Injury, Violence, Robbery, Mass Shootings, and Natural Disasters. I am generally available for onsite employee services within 24-48 hours, and I am able to travel quite a distance to your location.
