It can be hard asking for help, but I am eager to get to know you and your story and help you create a positive change in your life. I serve both children and adults in need of a safe space to find the skills they need to thrive. I have a designated play room where children can express their creativity and feel comfortable talking with me. My office is also a safe, confidential environment where adults can feel empowered to share their thoughts and feelings and know their voices are heard.
