Accepting new clients in my private practice! I believe you are the expert on yourself. I will collaborate with you to better understand and work through the challenges in your life so you can move forward with confidence. My goal is to provide you with the tools and insight you need to move beyond therapy with me and be able to resiliently address the problems that present themselves. I am personable, direct, and work to create a safe space for you to say all the things you're feeling out loud. Within that safe space, I will normalize, validate, reframe, and also gently challenge you when it feels needed and appropriate.
