With over 30 + years of experience and as the founder of the Center for Creative Psychology, I help women, men, couples, teens, and young adults address relationship stress, anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, and complex life challenges. I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, sound therapy, dreamwork, and depth-oriented practices to support emotional balance and insight.
