I am an Autistic mental health counselor who exclusively counsels neurodivergent individuals. My areas of specialization for my Autistic and neurodivergent clients include: 1) Supporting transgender, non-binary and intersex clients; 2) Counseling teens, adults, couples and families in an Autism-affirming space using a mindfulness-based approach; 3) Work on PDA, Autistic burnout recovery, OCD and psychosis; and 4) Supporting those with work and school related challenges, and those grappling with the onset of a major mental illness or grief. Being Autistic myself, I specialize in cases with complexity!
