Jennie Altieri is a grief and trauma psychotherapist at the Wendt Center for Loss and Healing in Washington, DC. Ms. Altieri spent seven years working as a Crime Victim Advocate and seven years working with incarcerated men within six months of release. At the Wendt Center, she currently provides individual and group counseling, as well as crisis response to schools and agencies who have experienced a recent trauma.
