As a Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, my goal is to guide, support and be with you as you explore your internal system. Throughout our time together, I will lend Self energy when needed and give space for your protective parts to be seen and understood. Alongside you, we will witness the trauma and pain your exiles carry while we extend compassion and strength to your burdened parts.
