I am a Marriage and Family Therapist at Synergy Wellness LLC who works with individuals, couples, and families. Research shows that the relationship between client and therapist has the greatest overall impact on client progress and growth. As a clinician, I am compassionate and use warmth, empathy, and humor to help clients feel accepted, safe, and valued. My therapeutic style is an interactive and collaborative one, where I actively listen and trust the client to be the expert on their own experience, while also offering observations, questions, and support. Additionally, I am a trauma-focused EMDR trained therapist.
