August 2025: I am accepting new clients. I primarily meet with clients online via Zoom. I also offer in-home therapy and on occasion, I can meet in-person in the community for OCD & social anxiety. I do not have a physical office. I'm fortunate that I figured out that I wanted to help others when I was 19. My approach is pro-active & encouraging. We'll examine your thinking patterns and practice skills to reduce uncomfortable feelings. For anxiety, I'll help you face worries gradually to set you up for success. Your accomplishments are mine too. Since emotional issues often impact relationships, I offer family sessions as well.
