We can probably agree there’s a lot going on out there. If you’re used to handling whatever life throws at you but your coping tools aren’t working as well as usual, you’re not alone. Hi, I’m Jennie and I can help you sort through “whatever this is” that gets in the way of your usual functioning. Often, we default to what we already know because it’s worked in the past. If you’ve always been there for others but you're facing a difficult adjustment to life changes or fearful of an uncertain future I'm here to help. If you’re a high-capacity adult motivated to make positive changes to your thought and emotional patterns, let’s talk! We use an eclectic approach, that’s both strengths and evidence based, practicing acceptance of factors beyond our control (ACT) and managing thoughts and emotions using cognitive work (CBT). We discover and encourage application of your personal values and abilities to overcome challenges and improve mental health.
