I am a dedicated mental health and addiction professional with over 12 years of experience helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength and achieve emotional well-being. I strive to create a compassionate, client-centered environment where people feel safe to explore and grow. I do not believe that people are defined solely by their mental health symptoms and trust that everyone has the personal strength to improve their quality of life. My integrative approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, reality therapy, treatment for co-occurring disorders, and mindfulness strategies.
