I am a licensed creative arts therapist, with extensive experience in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders. While I incorporate creativity into my work, art therapy is just one modality in a versatile, person-centered approach that includes CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. Clients can expect to build confidence and strengthen their sense of self. Together we will uncover connections between memories, thoughts, behaviors and beliefs, and work to create a feeling of wholeness and empowerment.
