I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in mental health for over ten years. If you have anxiety, depression, stress, trouble communicating your needs, and want to improve your relationships, I can help. Anxious over achiever? People pleaser? Mom guilt, or guilt setting boundaries? I'm the therapist for you! I like to help clients focus on gaining confidence and courage to be authentic and let go of the guilt holding them back. If you want to put these issues behind you, I want to help you on your journey. I received my BA in Psychology from Stockton College, and MSW from Rutgers University. My work focuses on anxiety & mood disorders, life changes, and family dynamics. I utilize approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you reach your goals.
