Hi, I'm Toli and I'm here to help you move through the stuck-points that have been holding you back! Maybe you have come to the conclusion that it's time to address trauma from an old chapter of your life that just keeps popping up in your present. Perhaps you've been grieving a loss but find it hard to talk to the people around you about it because they just don't quite get it. You may be questioning your sexual orientation or gender identity and could use a non-judgmental supporter to accompany you on your journey. Whatever the case may be, I would be honored to play a role in your life story! I specialize in trauma, grief, the LGBTQIA+ population and life transitions. In my work, my aim is always to empower and support each person as they explore their history, patterns and beliefs in session. Though we will absolutely do the important work of processing and healing, I also like to bring humor into session to help relieve the "heavy stuff.
