I really enjoy working with adolescents and adults on issues such as anxiety, depression, perinatal/postpartum depression/anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, issues affecting teenage girls, and women's issues. My work is best described as relational and strengths based, with a focus on the use of mindfulness skills and the teaching of cognitive behavioral skills to assist in dealing with life's challenges. I feel that my job is to be a partner and support on your journey towards change. I look forward to talking with you!
