Finding the right therapist can be challenging! Here's what I can tell you about my practice that will hopefully make your search a little easier. I provide the non-judgmental, trusting environment necessary to explore vulnerabilities & foster healing. I have had success working with clients of all ages (6-94) & from various backgrounds. I've had psychoanalytic training & am also well-versed in cognitive, relational, mindfulness & transpersonal methods. This knowledge allows me to use an eclectic style of treatment in which I combine techniques from different therapeutic modalities to help my clients.
