I help my clients find peace of mind, gain insight, and be more present and grounded in their life to attain their goals and life purpose. I offer a therapeutic environment where clients learn to relax, feel safe, and peel off the layers of a problem to become aware of the answers each client seeks. My specialties include stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, women's issues, academic problems, chronic/health concerns, and supporting tapering or continuing Rx. Together, we examine how your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, bodily sensations, and internal images affect the way you respond to others and within yourself (e.g., inner voice).
