For over twenty years, I have strived to provide a safe, quiet space for children and adults to come and talk about the things with which they are struggling. Fred Rogers once said, "All our lives, we rework the things from our childhood, like feeling good about ourselves, managing our angry feelings, and being able to say good-bye to the people we love." This quote is particularly poignant as today's world becomes more and more challenging for both children and adults. My work aims to help others find the inner strength and resilience to navigate whatever challenges they have experienced or the ones that may lie ahead.
