I am a licensed, clinical psychologist with extensive experience in individual psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion regulation, stress management, and behavior change. I strive to be a positive, motivating force for my clients and I approach treatment from an evidence-based, solution-focused perspective. I work primarily with college students and young adults but I welcome adult patients of all ages. I see clients with a wide variety of life stressors and challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, learning challenges, and social, interpersonal issues.
