My goal as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to create a safe, non-judgmental experience. I assist clients with developing insight into themselves, building skills for managing life more effectively, developing healthy perspectives, and when appropriate, exploring the roots of emotional pain. Therapy can help a person to create a life worth living and find more peace in the present moment. I believe people are capable of change and know how difficult change can be. I find that with positive support and a therapeutic relationship, one can feel stronger and more confident in making positive changes.
